Hidden Gem

Liked: The staff was was incredible and polite
Disliked: it wasn't a "dislike". But u wish there were dinner or bar options on the premises.

I came with my family...

Liked: Greeted with a smile, and when I ran out of the conditioner in the shower they replaced it! Such great service
Disliked: Wish the pool stayed open till midnight for 17 and older

I was OK but fell...

Disliked: The page for the Hampton Inn/Warren stated that no pets were allowed. I asked at the desk at check in that they allow pets. Then the phone in our room didn't work. Wea sked people on on our floor if their phone worked and they also said no. We reported it to the desk and they knew about it. We were there with no hotel phone for 3 days.

Liked: The area was very convenient and it was a great breakfast
Disliked: The hotel didn't have what we reserved on line so that was disappointing and the manager of the hotel wouldn't speak with us about it and also didn't get any help from booking.com to try to resolve my issues
