Nice hotel conveniently located by Des Moines Civic Center, etc.

Liked: The room was nice and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Disliked: The pool. The chlorine was too high and complaints were ignored.

Will be staying down the...

Liked: Lady who checked is in seemed like she didn’t want to be there , did NOT like I had to pay 20.00 to park over night since I was staying there
Disliked: PARKING !!!!!! Will be going back to comfort inn down the street , we enjoyed it when we where there in July

Passable

Liked: The beds are very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The security was high.
Disliked: The water temperature in shower fluctuated a lot. The toilet would plug easily.

We won’t stay there again

Liked: Location and balcony were nice. Hotel was decorated nice.
Disliked: Pool area was too cold. Hot tub wasn’t hot enough. Room was rusted in areas. Odd layout of the room. Hide a bed sofa was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was sub par. Front desk lady was just ok. Not overly friendly

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The tv didn't work very well, and the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was ok. The checkout was confusing because we needed our room key for the parking exit.
