From the moment we arrived, the valet parkers were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Daniel, was nice and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast and the woman taking care of the breakfast room was welcoming, helpful and very nice. We had a great experience!

Liked: The location is great, it’s easy to walk to shops, restaurants and attractions.
Disliked: Check in could have been better, the man on reception could have been more friendly. Also the bar staff were hit and miss. McKenzie was fantastic, bubbly and engaging. The woman with the tattoo across her chest looked annoyed to be at work and the guy was complaining that nothing had been restocked by other staff and everything had been moved, which I thought was unprofessional. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, showers are hot with good water pressure. The toilet roll is cheap. The breakfast was varied, I’d give it a 6/10. They should smoking facilities outside so people don’t litter.
