From the moment we arrived, the valet parkers were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Daniel, was nice and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast and the woman taking care of the breakfast room was welcoming, helpful and very nice. We had a great experience!

Upgraded to a large suite...

Liked: I got upgraded to a very large room. It had a Peloton in it. It's close to Chriskindlmarket at Christmas time and very walkable to most things downtown.
Disliked: shower temperature was unpredictable. Sometimes very hot and lower it to medium but it would get hot on it's own again. Annoying.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything went superbly well for us. The room was spacious, the king bed was comfortable, and the location and the complementary continental breakfast were excellent!
Disliked: The bed blanket with multiple coverings was quite a chore to keep organized and snuggle under to stay warm :)

Really liked this hotel

Liked: I really liked this hotel and it far exceeded my expectations.I stayed at the Hyatt centric down the road for 3 nights before (because work was paying for it), which is supposedly 4 star but this hotel, which is supposedly 3 star was better.Has a hot tub in the basement which is great to relax in, the biggest gym I've ever seen in a hotel with lots of machines + the beds and rooms are really comfy.Also they have free coffee and good wifi so did some work downstairs
Disliked: The protein options at breakfast were limited but the waffles were fantastic

Liked: I liked everything except the staff talking about me in Spanish. Lots of people speak Spanish
Disliked: The cleaning staff talked about me in Spanish. I left my room clean they were talking about how I spent a lot of one day in my room. I understand Spanish but said nothing. Their staff need to mind their business

Disliked: the automatic blinds in the room were uneven and did not close all the way. computer system issues upon arrival causing problems, did not get the room we requested.

Liked: Amazing and super spacious. I but pricey but it is Hilton owned. The man that checked me in had a bit of an attitude, but other than that, an amazing stay!
Disliked: The employees seem to be snotty and disregard you during checking process, get their heads out there (you know what).
