Great Hotel and the staff...

Liked: Whenever we are going to Florida, we stop in Denton Texas at the Hampton Inn suite we always love the comfort of the beds, the staff front desk, but this time was extra special. I accidentally left my suitcase behind and didn’t realize it till I got home the next night. I called them. They verified that they had it. I printed a shipping label and they shipped it back to me. I am so grateful and will only stay at this hotel when I come to town. They are amazing.!

Liked: Nice breakfast and fairly clean room
Disliked: The area seems to be “busy” staff was ok. Nothing special. I chose this one due to people commenting on how nice the staff was. I guess maybe this particular day, staff was average/subpar?

Liked: Very comfortable. Good breakfast! Easy access close to major routes.
Disliked: Did not get housekeeping services during our stay. The lighting was a little low for reading.
