Liked: We booked a room here on a drive back home from vacation after hearing about an impending winter storm. Check in was seamless, room very modern and clean and breakfast excellent. We'd stay here again if needed.

Beds suck, need to have...

Liked: The staff helpfulness when my child stepped on a piece of glass in the pool. Costumer service is good. Location of hotel is decent.
Disliked: When my child and I stepped on broken glass in the pool. Unfortunately my child cut her foot and started to bleed. After I helped my child out of the pool I could see glass pieces by the pool. Obviously someone was not thinking by bringing glass to the pool area.
