Superb

Liked: Shuttle pick up and Lyft driver in the morning. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was wonderful and the lady was so nice and kept it stock and clean.
Disliked: The room had old wash cloth hanging on the shower....room cleaning over good just shower. The bed very comfortable and TV great.

Liked: The hotel is fine and reasonably conveniently located for the airport.
Disliked: We had to switch the heating off whilst we slept since it was so noisy, so, since it was very early February, the room was somewhat cold when we woke u p! Some clarity about getting the shuttle from the airport would also be good; maybe it was me but I couldn't see anywhere where it said that you need to phone the hotel to get it to come and pick you up so we had a freezing time standing outside Dayton airport for 30 mins whilst we waited for it; 15 mins or so before we rang and another 15 mins after.

Disliked: I didn't like the way the bed was.It was not comfortable. I didn't get any sleep.I wouldn't recommend the king size bed to anyone

Liked: Friendly and helpful service. Airport shuttle service was awesome. Comfortable room. Great bathroom and shower - water pressure, hot water, etc. Breakfast service was more than adequate.
Disliked: Hallways were dinged up and needed some TLC.

Liked: The housekeeping staff, Samantha in particular was wonderful.
Disliked: Evening front desk staff, I belive Cortney was difficult to interact with

Amazing staff, unexpectedly pleasant stay

Liked: Amazing staff, an airport shuttle that would also drive me to a local restaurant and back for free, and they were also giving away free water bottles and were extremely helpful.
