Uncomfotable Birthday stay

Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. The room smelled like perfume. The lack of toiletries and towels. The room gave the bare minimum. The Hilton Brand use to give so much more.

Okay location

Liked: Newer building, staff was nice Sandra was texting me to keep up to date. Breakfast was ok not great.
Disliked: Had issue with almost all outlets and usb not working maintenance person couldn't understand. Didn't fix but asked us to move rooms, but we didn't. Beds made noise when u sat on them. Maid service we didn't get the 1st 3 days until i said something. Ask for shampoo, got little bottles. Water marks on wall in bathroom, slider door hard to pull shut, other elevator didn't work, coffee and hot waterwas never hot during the night.
