After adjustments , the stay...

Liked: The breakfast was very minimum....sausage patties were undercooked. The front desk personnel were excellent. I was attending UT Southwestern Medical Facilities....for medical procedures and they provided some necessary info I did not have available.
Disliked: I did not care for the room assignment......extreme noise factor on the east side of building facing I-35E. I was wondering why they had earplugs and a sound machine in the room. I am a light sleeper and did not get any sleep prior to my early appointment at UT SW. The little lady at the desk was gracious and provided for a room change on our second night which was wonderful.

Liked: I was surprised how comfortable the bed was and the size of the room. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The breakfast bar had a nice selection to choose from including a waffle bar. The food was fresh and hot which was refreshing.
Disliked: You might consider changing the coffee for it was on the weak side and did not have much flavor.
