Liked: The room was very big and comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The day of check in (Valentine’s day) there was no hot water until after 6pm so we had to take freezing cold showers. No notification was sent out prior which we were upset about but what could we do.

Liked: I liked the second room they gave me after complaining about the first one
Disliked: I didn’t like that I specifically asked for the room to be ready by 12 noon and they agreed, it was not ready until 3 pm. Also the room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog, the glass on the closet sliding door was broken and the room was next to an exit door and I was expected to stay two weeks there with all that noise. Then I got moved to another room much better, BUT after my stay I looked at my bill and Hilton charged me 1800 and change a second time after booking through Booking.com
