Liked: Nice hotel
Disliked: Had to wait 25 minutes on hold before taking to the clerk in order to send us the shuttle, then of course another 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.we like Hampton for good breakfast, this time scrambled eggs to salty and CHICKEN sausage terrible , no bacon !We expect minimum BACON and regular SAUSAGE with good scrambled eggs . We will check out other hotel chains

I highly recommend this hotel....

Liked: I live in Shreveport, La. and flew in from Las Vegas. The hotel was a five-minute drive from the airport. Very convenient and easy to get to.
Disliked: I liked everything. Continue to do what you are doing. Everything was great, from check-in to check-out.

Liked: Our room, as well as the rest of the hotel, was very clean! Great location and the morning breakfast was an added bonus.
Disliked: One of the waffle makers was broken.The elevator was slow and wouldn't work for me on one occasion.

Liked: The person that greeted us when we arrived, could’ve been friendlier and at least smiled.The second person at the desk was completely opposite, extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and a delight to deal with.
