Disliked: We stay at these hotels often Ceiling had extensive water damage, The bed made a load noise when you sat on the end. A load popping.The towels were like sandpaper. 4 towels for 3 people. The ice machine was broken on the 5th floor. It was okay but under delivered this time.

Liked: A wonderful location close to SMU and North Park shopping. Very clean and nearly new, cookie waiting in lobby, delicious breakfast. Next door to Hilton with restaurant.

Disliked: Door in bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. One of the wall lamps was broken. The room above us was obnoxiously loud and security/police were called. Treadmillls didn’t work. It was a miserable one night stay
