We liked our stay. Staff was friendly; rooms were clean.

Disliked: Pullout sofa bed was incredible uncomfortable, breakfast was not good-waffles, packaged food (yogurt, cereal) and fruit were the only edible part.

Disliked: First, the lady at the front desk wasn't helpful it was my first time there celebrating my birthday. I had to ask her about the location doors and entranses. Her response was "oh there are 4 doors." She did not bother showing me or giving me directions of anything. I also had to ask about where the elevator was. Couldn't sleep because too much noice .. and loud nocie that came out of the walls. I'm not sure what it was sounded like air coming out of a machine.

Disliked: We stay at these hotels often Ceiling had extensive water damage, The bed made a load noise when you sat on the end. A load popping.The towels were like sandpaper. 4 towels for 3 people. The ice machine was broken on the 5th floor. It was okay but under delivered this time.

Liked: A wonderful location close to SMU and North Park shopping. Very clean and nearly new, cookie waiting in lobby, delicious breakfast. Next door to Hilton with restaurant.
