Terribly disappointed

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Despite renovations being done, we were able to relax. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly.

Passable

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Disliked: Renovations going on, lobby was too hot to stay in had to get breakfast and take to my room. If I had known pool, hot tub and fitness centervwere closed would not have booked but this was not communicated on booking.com

Good enough

Liked: Great breakfast, later than expected check out time.
Disliked: Under construction, rooms were not on the same floor, one room was in the middle of renovation!

Disliked: It was being renovated everywhere. The hotel was a major construction zone. Our rooms were not renovated and were not clean. The hotel should have been open.
