The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Liked: The hotel was absolutely spotless. All staff members were saw were very friendly. It’s in a perfect location to colors Columbus. Anytime we come for longer than just the day, we stay here.

Disliked: Our room was right next to the kitchen and we were woken up very early by the strong smell of food, which as an autistic person was very off putting. The pool was a primary reason for our booking here also and we arrived to find that it was under renovation which we did not know at booking. There seemed to be a large wedding party checking in when we arrived and it took about 30 minutes to get checked in despite already doing so through the app, also, which wasn’t great.
