The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Disliked: Bathroom light was flickering, and hair dryer only had low speed. Indoor pool not open. One elevator not working. In shower 2 shampoos no conditioner.

Liked: It was in a good location and the lobby was clean.
Disliked: The elevator didn’t work. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming down. There was a crack in the ceiling in our room. The night stand wasn’t wiped down. It was loud and kids were running up and down the hall at night.

Liked: The room was clean and well stocked but one of the lights were out. The front desk associate was friendly.
Disliked: The dining room tables were dirty, breakfast condiments weren't stocked, the coffee was empty, and the elevators were noisy and had no safety certificate posted. One was out of service, and the other was shared with the service staff.
