The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Good location in Columbus and...

Liked: The breakfast was good with plenty of food and drinks (coffee, tea, orange juice).
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were several vehicles in the parking lot that were broken into by a roving gang of thugs who smashed windows then entered vehicles looking for whatever items they could find then move on to the next vehicle fortunately our vehicle was spared!

Car thefts!! Don't come here

Disliked: Be careful at this hotel! My husband and I brought our kids down here and our car got broken into in the middle of the night along with a dozen other people! The hotel didn't comp our room when I now have to pay my $500 insurance deductible to get my window replaced due to the negligence of their "security" that was on duty! Thankfully my husband was able to go get saran wrap to wrap the window for our trip home. Will never stay here again!

Liked: I liked the fact that it is a Hilton/Hampton Inn but this property was not at all in line with the quality that is usually synonymous with these names.
Disliked: Several vehicles had their windows smashed overnight. For being in the Easton proximity, the location was pretty sketchy. The room was very dated and our bed was absolutely the worst.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location and clean
Disliked: Pool was under construction and a big reason we stayed there. This was not advertised and extremely disappointing for my 7-year old who waited 10 hours to swim after a long road trip.

Liked: The location was great. If you wanted to eat or shop, you were close to that. The breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant. I appreciated the feeling of being safe.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.
