Simple things they could have prevented but did not. I had enough on my card for my room so when they overcharged me for the valet service that took me overdrawn so now I have to pay overdrawn fees. Thanks.

Liked: Convenience.
Disliked: Screwed up my credit card; did not deliver my refrigerator.

Convenient to downtown attractions. Decent,...

Liked: There is construction going on around the hotel. It was hard to find due to detours. The room was just okay. For the cost of over $500 for 1 night due to events nearby, is just price gauging.
Disliked: Price, Parking, and less noise. I don't know why they have a place for "special requests " because they don't read them or address them

Liked: When we first got in the front staff was great! Everyone was so nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was awesome. The room was great.
Disliked: The one front desk person when we were checking out wasn't too approachable. She was cordial but I'm a big pet peever of not saying you're welcome when somebody says Thank you and when they are kind of annoyed that your asking questions just don't sit right with me. I do understand you have good days and bad days. Maybe she was just having an off day but when you are at work you have to try to fake it till you make it. Other than that, I loved everything. We had such a great time at this location. We will definitely be back.
