Expensive!!!!!

Liked: The first room I was assigned had a broken door and was very difficult to open and close. The door was pulling away from the top hinge. This made getting into the room and closing the door very difficult because the door was getting pinched and wedged. The second room I was assigned had a broken and noisy HVAC system. The fan mad a loud knocking ticking noise all night. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast with powdered eggs bag steamed/cooked potato’s and meat. Staff was very nice and friendly. $280+ for one night is way more than what the hotel/stay was worth.

Disliked: customer service was no good. 6 dollar parking fee really????? first time we ever had to pay to park . 75.00 dollar pet fee was a little ridiculous for a 30 lb well behaved pet next stop we stayed at a ton place suite by marriot. half the price great breakfast . will never visit hampton suites again!

Liked: Didn't like any of it because I book the stay at 7pm and the staff call me at 11:30pm so I cancel the room bad business.
Disliked: The communication between them and booking wasn't really bad

Not a good experience for...

Liked: I had my items stolen by a housekeeper front desk had to go retrieve my belongs 3 different occasions. Then our beverage was drunk by the housekeeper. I had 4 transactions on my banking from Hampton inn...we only stayed for 1 night paid.

Exceptional

Gross. Hard pass.

Liked: The dumpiest dump of a hotel we’ve ever stayed. These people are too cheap to put light bulbs in the light fixtures. Our room was light a single desk lamp and hallway lights with missing lights. There was fungus growing out of the sink. My kids feet turned black from walking on the dingy carpet. There was duct tape on the walls. No water pressure in the sink. This hotel is an absolute stain on the reputation of Hampton Inn and Suites’ good name.

Liked: Family-friendly and pet-friendly. Free breakfast, free pool, free parking. Convenient location. Clean and quiet.
