Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia/Southeast. Check in was very quick, the room, comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast bar amazing. Will definitely stay there again!

Liked: The staff was wonderful during check-in. The insured that I had everything that I needed. The breakfast staff and the service was awesome. The breakfast was delicious. The room was exceptionally clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Disliked: The A/C would not shut off and it was freezing all night.

Disliked: My room heat was not working. I tried to call down to the front desk twice with not success. Then I went down to the front desk and told them that my room heater was not working. I was told to give it more time to warm up. Then after sitting in a cold room for two hours I went back down to the front desk. At this point I was ready to get my money back and leave to find another hotel. I had to ask the lady even if I could get another room. I was told after all that I had been through, that I could get another room. I would never stay in another Hampton Inn if I could help it.
