Excellent stay

Liked: I brought my own gluten-free bread for toast because all your options had gluten, and the yogurt had a lot of sugar in it. I like that I can bring my own products because most places don’t serve very good food.

Overall pleasant except checkout.

Liked: Clean, spacious
Disliked: Check out was a nightmare. I was moving my stuff out and they turned off my key at exactly 11 am. I went to the desk twice and neither key worked. Asked desk person to call housekeeper to open door. Neighborhood wasn’t that great.

Disliked: 1st morning there was no hot water. That was rough.

Disliked: Third floor room, elevators were not completely operational. At 83 yrs old, the stairs are dangerous.
