Liked: The staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever talked to, they were amazing with accommodations. And the breakfast was really well stocked, nothing was ever out or missing.
Disliked: The pool was completely blocked off and looked to be under construction, but this was never mentioned by anyone in person or on the website, there was even duct tape cover the word pool and the arrow on the signs in the hallways

Disliked: Got charged more thank booking.com quoted fire alarms went off 3 times during 5 am hour sleep sucked toilet coming off floor clock didn’t work and room temp was warm even on coldest setting

Liked: Hampton Inn is my usual go to when traveling. Reliable, clean, and great amenities.
Disliked: TV did not work in room. Room was not freshened up, no new towels, washing clothes & hand towels. Had to accompany staff to laundry room and wait while he sorted through a bin of clean linens to find, still no wash clothes. Hotel was under renovation, some issues with that, elevator was acting up. Under staffed, waited at front desk for long periods of time on a staff to come.
