Liked: Kim at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: we were placed in a re modeled room, unfortunately we had to move once we got in there, the tv didnt work and we had a CHIEFS game to watch!! the pictures on booking.com shows a hot tub in the pool area, we were dissapointed to learn at check in that there was no hot tub there. one of the main reasons for us booking here..

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: My room which I reserved a week earlier, was given to two men who said they were me. Clerk said they had some sort of verification showing they were me, I kind of doubt that. I did however get a room 30 minutes later.

Liked: Sheets were clean. bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was comically bad. They were out of most things and it all looked like it had been sitting out for days. No healthy options. Sugary yogurt was your best bet.
