Will not stay there again.

Liked: Not much but the desk staff were nice.
Disliked: Where to begin. TV didn't work, thin walls so it was hard to sleep, no daily service that empties trash...

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was great. Very responsive. The hotel was close to my family's home, so it was convenient. It was also close to shopping.The exercise room was great.
Disliked: My stay was 3 weeks ago. Nothing sticks out in my mind as a bad experience.

Needs a better staff

Disliked: The staff was rude it took me over 45 minutes to even get someone to come to the front desk so that was a waste of time and no one could seem to help me when i called customer service and then at the end of my stay i got charged for a “extra cleaning fee” and a pet fee i was alone so i definitely don’t understand why i got charged either of those fees
