Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, fuzzy sink drain, yellow and brown in the shower. Pool room was cold. Breakfast was subpar.

Disliked: My son left his winter coat in the room closet. We called the same day to ask about having it shipped. The coat was not found.

Liked: All of the staff were exceptionally great! Very attentive to every detail and every need! We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here in the future! Every need and question was always met/answered with speed, quality, and kindness! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities throughout were clean and inviting. We utilized the pool while we were there and had no issues personally. Unfortunately, a kiddo had gotten sick in the pool, and the staff had to shut it down for the night for cleaning and sanitizing, but it was open the next morning for use. Stuff happens, but they handled it great.
Disliked: Unfortunately, you always have those people you can never please......that being said, there were some guests that were rude and ignorant to other guests and the staff. Ultimately, it didn't deter the staff from the other guests and what they did to make sure everyone was safe and taken care of! Kudos to the staff, because I would have lost my sh!t on a few guests!

Liked: I stay here because it is convenient to my daughter’s home and the rooms are big.
Disliked: The breakfast is always cold. This visit the sink stop was missing, the refrigerator did not work. The body wash bottle was missing and it took the staff over 8 hrs to replace it. The conditioner bottle was empty. We were really disappointed in our experience this visit.
