Didn’t end up staying

Liked: The customer service was horrible. The over night front desk staff, totally wasn’t friendly and rude.

Good

Liked: Close to freeway. Easy check in and check out process. Nice that breakfast was included. Room was clean.
Disliked: Only one elevator worked. Carpets looked tired. The AC unit was VERY LOUD. When it turned on throughout the night it would sound like a jet taking off and would wake me up as well as my family member. The room was warm and needed the AC, but it disrupted our sleep.

The greats outward the disappointments

Liked: Liked everything except the floating shelf masquerading as a shared nightstand between two beds. I removed the phone and clock, so we had a little room for bedtime stuff. Lighting was limited. Bathroom, beds, pillows, etc. awesome. Towels were small and rough, like high-school shower towels.

Liked: the complimentary breakfast was good, the area was calm and quiet, convenient area as well. defined recommended. friendly staff always smiling and helpful.
Disliked: loved everything.
