Disliked: Our bed linens were not clean. No one was tending or overseeing the breakfast. Items were not being refilled when empty. There was cereal and milk on the top of the counter

Liked: See what I didn't like.
Disliked: The hotel did not honor booking.com's rate. Got there at 10:15 p.m. only for the staff at Hampton to haggle over $3.

Extremely disappointed

Disliked: Window blinds were broken so sun streaming in before 6am. Door lock battery died so couldn’t get back in after going to get ice and after eating breakfast. TV frozen very 15-30 seconds every channel. Staff said oh yeah window, tv known issues. Didn’t care and didn’t offer a solution or refund.
