Had not stayed at a Hampton Inn before. The room was as good as any Marriott. The staff were all very friendly. Will stay here again rather than the Omni.

A fairly good introduction to...

Disliked: How about posting the hours of operation of the breakfast service on the doors? I tried to get served but by the time I arrived, the lady at the reception desk told me that breakfast service had stopped. So i didn't get served. Also, for short people like me, getting into the beds proved difficult. The next time I stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites I will bring a Stanley step stool to help me get into your ridiculously high beds.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and kind! The location was awesome! The room was clean and nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was just ok. Also, charging $10/day for parking was outrageous considering the cost of the room! This Hampton Inn was unlike the others we've stayed. We love the Hampton Inns!
