Liked: It was nice and clean the breakfast was good.

Liked: Very friendly staff and very welcoming hotel felt right at home

Hotel was in excellent location,...

Liked: Hotel was in a location that that had everything you needed surrounding you from restaurants to convention stores.
Disliked: Room did not have cable or smart TV. Bathroom looked like it had water damage in ceiling. Light fixture had bugs in it. Did not think it was worth the money I spent! Don’t all of the front desk staff looked welcoming.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean
Disliked: We booked on booking. com and we were looking forward to a relaxing stay... Booking. com said we would pay $200 and some change TOTAL, including the refundable $50 incidental fee. When we arrived at the hotel the manger was rude and not accommodating stating that the 3rd party sites "don't get the price right". Instead of accommodating us he proceeded to charge me $260 instead for the 1 night. I will not be staying here again. I would really love a partial refund....

Disliked: Love everything until I received a charge for self parking.This hotel is in the new area of development and the lot was empty. No one said anything about parking fee or ask if I had driven or taken a taxi.
