Great people; it was nice to have a breakfast available. Friendly staff!! I will be back for sure. Charlotte has sooooo much to offer.

Liked: Cleanliness and the staff was amazing.

Decent airport hotel

Liked: They allowed us to extend our time by a couple hours which was appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool table.
Disliked: They had some sandwiches and a little bit of frozen dinner food (and a microwave), but the closest restaurant (at a sister hotel with pretty good food) is about a half mile away. We walked there but they also allow you to use the shuttle if you don't want to walk.
