Liked: We like having the option of a hot breakfast items (eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, grits, waffles) besides the usual continental options. The coffee was good!
Disliked: The eggs tasted like made from powdered eggs rather than real eggs. We received an email from booking. com that stated that it was required to wear a mask in the public areas of the hotel. We almost cancelled our reservation because of this. Booking.com should not spread this type of misinformation!

Easy, reasonably-priced access to Charleston

Liked: The fire pit, the fitness room, the free bottled water and coffee, the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping—not to mention the ease of access to lovely downtown Charleston. The hallways and our room were very quiet and clean. And the breakfast was less junky than the last time we stayed here—still no oat milk or almond milk, still an emphasis on waffles, Froot Loops and grits but with more variety and a little fresh fruit.
Disliked: The fighter jet traffic overhead.
