Liked: I like the location and that is not far from the hospital. I really never had a bad experience there The staff is great and they're very nice people and I was willing to help if I needed to stay a little extra time for any needs when going to the hospital.

Disliked: I was not asked when checking in if I was an honors member, offered any upgrade or water, or told me that the wifi was chargeable. I could not access the wifi period. This was our second stay here and the staff on my first visit was much more interested in everything about making sure we felt welcome and not just a paying customer. And our charge was more than my booking confirmed rate.
