Based on past stays at...

Liked: Coming from Pinehurst for MD apptmt. at UNC - every 6 months and always stay at this convenient location. Always clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: For the first time at this hotel, had a negative experience regarding the following: No hot water for shower, very uncomfortable cool shower prior to my a.m. doctor appointment; lighted mirror in bathroom not working which made grooming difficult. Loud fans in hallways drying wet carpeting. Altogether, very unpleasant. May try next door Holiday Inn next time. (I believe I was charged a little less for this stay based on invoice but no verbal explanation so not sure.)

Liked: I love the size of my room it was like a suite one room had a living room and the other room was a bedroom and a bath love the location very quiet private it was a great stay

Pleasant and clean

Liked: The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were offered an upgrade and it turned out less expensive than my booking.com rate.
Disliked: We were not aware about the parking fee until we got to the hotel. There was nothing on my reservation about the fee.

Good stay reasonably priced

Liked: Close to UNC and breakfast included.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about it was a good property
