Comfortable but needs some repair

Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical breakfast but was tasty. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was located on the 4th floor. When we walked down the hall towards our room there were several spots in the floor that seemed to be weak. Definitely needs to be checked out. Next when we entered our room several of the drawers were standing open which makes you wonder why and if this room was throughly cleaned.

Liked: That they had jacuzzi even though it was small.
Disliked: Didn't receive service paid for two nights.Bed and pillows not that comfortable.For price expected better.
