Liked: Comfortable rooms, decent breakfasts, and loads of parking spots

Water issues unfortunately means no...

Liked: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: There was no hot water so no showers and could only wash face with cold sink water. Breakfast items started running out before 9am. Staff turned out lights and unplugged appliances even though guests were still at the waffle maker. Hotel offered a refund however said since we booked through Bookings, this business would keep the money and not give us the refund. We will not use Bookings again due to that.

Disliked: Horrible smell walking into the property. Front desk employee was rude. Ice machine didn’t work on the 3rd nor 4th floor. Other guests were arguing all night, front desk didn’t do anything about the noise complaint.
