My overnight stay was good...
Liked: Very convenient location and close to home. Cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that their indoor pool was closed during my stay. I had initially picked this hotel because of it and for my son's birthday weekend.

I never felt so disrespected...
Liked: It was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: The general manager treated us like garbage. We asked for a late check out as my fiancée is disabled (fighting cancer) and he was in a lot of pain that particular day. I am also disabled and everything was on me to move us out. He did Give us an hour but when we were five minutes over that hour ( as I’m the only one that can carry things out) he called berating me and threatening to charge us full price for an extra night. I had already made two trips to the car and was helping my fiancée get his shoes on so we could get out. The general manager could have let it go as we were trying to get out but instead he instigated an issue where there was none. He was extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful to my fiancée and he accused me of being lazy and purposely making us late leaving the room.

The front desk was RUDE...
Liked: The location and the breakfast was great value.
Disliked: The front desk supervisor was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. She needs to be retrained in interacting with same sex couples and families traveling with people with disabilities. When my wife and approached the desk we asked if one of our rooms was accessible. She looked a her computer and replied “No”I politely asked why and she responded “You booked with a third party. I cant change the room”.I attempted to ask her if there were any accessible available. She sucked her teeth and said “You booked with a third party. I can’t change the room”.I then proceeded to provided my license and credit card. She then handed me the two hotel policy documents and was I reading them she pulled them back and called another individual to continue to check us in. Stating here I can’t do this? When he asked what was wrong she stated “ I’m going to the bathroom!”However, Ms. Rubis never left the area but proceeded to stare me down.Upon entering my elderly handicapped parents room we noticed that that the light switch was damaged and wires were exposed.(Photos available) room #403 we returned to desk to explain that it was hazardous.Again Ms. Guerrero was rude and hesitant to believe us . She made us wait until the room was examined and then took her time providing us a new room.Throughout our stay every encounter with Ms. Guerrero was met with her shaking her head and her mumbling something under her breath .Ironically There were other rooms available when we had to prove our initial room was hazardous.
