Comfortable and clean

Liked: All of the staff members that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The building was very nice, clean and comfortable. It seemed to be a pretty new building. We did not use the pool but I saw families enjoying it. The breakfast and coffee were good.
Disliked: We did not encounter any problems.

Idk who to blame about...

Liked: The property is ok but the problem wasn’t our choice. We arrived in time for our stay but the hotel manager informed us that they didn’t have our reservation.
Disliked: They were able to find another place ( an inferior one for the same price) but as a party we stayed separate from our family.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, serve coffee and hot cocoa all day
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready by 3pm even though check in was at 3pm. Had to wait till 4pm. I wish the lobby had a fireplace to enjoy in the snowy weather.
