Great accommodation

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, very spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with our stay.

Liked: The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of counter space and towels.
Disliked: I rented at this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and I was taking my granddaughters on an overnight surprise stay. The pool room was so cold that after 5 minutes both of their lips were purple and their teeth were chattering. So we were not able to do the main thing I booked for. This was disappointing.

Disliked: The office chair.and the blind was broken. They just put a sign up on the wall for for the blind with black electrical tape. Very unprofessional..

The hotel is not worth...

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I had to be moved to another room because the heat would not work. It was 27 degrees the evening we checked-in. When moved to the other room, the heat still did not work. The night staff (3-11p shift) was not helpful. Also, the hotel floor we stayed on had marijuana smokers and trash was on the hallway. At 6:40am, other guest talking in the hallway. For $175 per night, I expected better.
