It was good, clean, and...

Liked: Good, the waffle iron was missing (the oil spray & syrup was on the counter).
Disliked: The ironing board was hard to open (possibly rusty) and then I couldn't close it, so I left it for housekeeping to figure it out.

Disliked: The bed as horrible, we had no hot water because the water heater broke and the heater inside the room wouldn’t get warm. Also, the TV was busted.

Disliked: The lock on our hotel room didn’t work and we couldn’t lock it when we left , the only way to lock it was from the inside Next , there was no shampoo , conditioner nor body wash in the bottles in the shower and didn’t know it until we got in shower !?! We had a king suite and there was only 3 towels in the room with no wash clothes or hand towels ?!? My son and his fiance decided to come with us at the last minute and would be sleeping on the couch pull-out …. But we had no sheets or cover in the room ?! The pool was supposed to be cleaned because it was closed for 3 hours before we decided to go down …. But when we get in … there are wads of hair all over the place and was sticking to us ? There were beer bottle tops all over the place , the floors were horrible and very dangerous ! It was just the worse place I have ever stayed and wished we could have left as soon as we got there … but couldn’t find another room because it was such short notice ?!?! The lady at front desk was only one working and when we tried to get some snacks in the Suites store …. There was nothing but a few diet cokes and a few candy bars …. She said it was because the manager wouldn’t keep it stocked … so therefore we had to leave our hotel and find a 24 hour convienant store … just to have a few drinks and snacks for the night ?!?

Fun and comfy stay close...

Liked: It is close to the airport while not being so close as to have noise issues. It's in much better shape than the two older, shabbier looking hotels just outside the airport. The kids enjoyed the pool, which didn't get too deep.Breakfast looked like it would've been nice, but getting to the airport by 4am meant we had to leave before it was available.
Disliked: The room was quite cold upon entering, but we quickly discovered the floor around the AC was soaked. I called down to let them know and they said they'd be happy to move us if we needed it, but we decided for our short stay to make due. Hopefully this isn't a recurring thing.The biggest issue for us was that something set off all of our allergies quite badly. Initially I figured perhaps the pillows were down, though they didn't feel it. As we left for checkout, I noticed a hanger inside the door handle for you to put on the outside handle if you had animals in the room. I realized the room must have been pet friendly. I've not run into that problem before, so I'll have to remember that for future bookings.
