Excellent staff, clean rooms, great...

Liked: Rachel was very helpful and attentive and receptive to my efforts to give extra options to others. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning our room and breakfast clerk was unobtrusive but friendly. Excellent breakfast choices (*You should advertise you offer a diabetic friendly breakfast) and just excellent stay across the board guarantee we'll use it as our Seattle base.
Disliked: DIDN'T like the EXTRA $15 parking charge! For a $200 a night room, it's a bit much.

Liked: The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend. Good value immaculate and the staff was great.

Good although the safe wasn't...

Liked: Actually, didn't explore the facilities at all as the stay was short. Like all the extra electrical outlets attached to the light stands; but all not in working order. It so happened that my cel. phone didn't charge overnight and I noticed it early in the morning and moved it to another outlet.
Disliked: The drink machines in the lobby available at all hours.

Hotel met my expectations

I had no illusions, so...

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. The room was large enough and provided everything I needed (iron and ironing board, hair-drier, desk + chair, hangers). The bed, pillow and duvet were very comfortable and I slept very well. The blackout curtains worked well.
Disliked: Everything in the room looked and felt quite old: the doors and the drawers of the furniture didn't work properly, the bathroom fittings looked old and overused, the ironing board cover needs to be changed, etc.The flow of the sink taps is very low, even when the taps are fully open. I understand water-saving taps, but this was ridiculous, I had to wait for 5-7 seconds to fill my palms to wash my face. The shower can only be turned on while you are under it.The AC is very noisy, and when it starts heating it smells.No 220V outlet near the bed head. Lighting could be better. The window doesn't open, there's no chance to get some fresh air.
