Disliked: We didn’t like the barn door on the bathroom. Didn’t feel like you had privacy.

Liked: The property was clean, housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: We arrived about 1 1/2 hours before check in time and upon arriving at the front desk, found a sign stating the staff was temporarily away and would be back soon. After about a 15 minute wait, someone showed up and I inquired if our room might be ready. We booked this room 2 months in advance. She said housekeeping was still in there and it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I asked if we could at least check in, and she advised she couldn’t do that until it was ready. So we left and returned 75 minutes later and was advised our room had been taken by someone else! She said there was another queen suite (which is what we booked) but it was just reserved “on line”. She was attempting to check us in with a different room, and couldn’t, because it was only available the first night, not the second night, so she had to call her manager to try and open up the second night. Luckily, we finally got into our room after a lot of anguish. On our second day, the room entry cards quit working right after 11:00 check out time, so I had to go back to the front desk and obtain new cards!!
