Yunelli should be given re-training...
Liked: Overall stay was sufficiently pleasant. Room was decent and staff were professional except for Yunelli.
Disliked: I the worst experience ever immediately upon arriving at the hotel.It was past 11pm and the sliding door was locked. I pressed the intercom and there was no feedback tone, so I could not tell if it was working and if the night receptionist heard it. I waiting for a few moments, unsure if it was working, and I pressed the intercomm again. There was no acknowledgement or signs that the person inside was aware I was at the door.Several more minutes past and after a third attempt at the intercomm with no reply, I knocked ok the glass door, hoping to see if that would bring the attendant to the door. Still there was no reply and I had to knock more times.Finally someone showed up, opened the door and said something along the lines of "you can bang on the door but I won't walk faster". This caught me by surprise because instead of an apology for taking so long to open the door, I was admonished by your staff.After checking me in, this staff handed me the key card, to which I took from her hand without saying a word because I was already fuming and didn't want to worsen the situation. She then proceeded to say "if you want to be rude, you can go stay at another hotel."This completely infuriated me. If not for the presence of my wife, I would have gotten into a heated argument with her. This was completely uncalled for, unprofessional and unnecessary.The next day, I found out that your night desk staff's name was Yunelli.The following day as I was making coffee in the lobby at about 11:30pm, another guest tried to enter by pressing on the intercom and I witnessed almost a repeat of of the incident which happened to me.Yunelli has shown that she completely lacks any professionalism or skills to work in the hospitality industry and I suspect has upset many of your loyal customers.This was a completely horrible start to an otherwise decent stay.
