You ripped us off
Disliked: When we arrived we were told that we did not have a reservation. They tried to call you and we tried to call you but it could not be fixed.

Nice hotel, good location, but...
Liked: The room was spacious. The bathroom was huge and I liked the big walk-in shower. The TV was big... almost too big!
Disliked: The hallway carpet looked like it REALLY needed to be professionally cleaned. The chaise lounge in the room looked like I did NOT want to sit on it. The biggest problem I had was that I mistakenly booked for Fri night thru Mon morning when I needed Thurs night through Sun morning. I think it was the Guest Services Supervisor who was pretty rude on the phone, kept talking over me, and absolutely would not modify my reservation because I booked through booking.com. I work with OTAs at my job and know I can make changes to a reservation even if the "policy" states I can't. She could have done it but she wouldn't. I had to book Thursday night and leave Sunday evening, so this trip cost me an extra $150 because the person who could have made it right, wouldn't.

Aggravating.
Liked: Attractive and clean.
Disliked: We had to ask for the room to be made up 3 days in a row; finally they delivered some towels on the third day (fourth day of our stay) and that was it! Finally found out that if the DND card was out over night until we left the room, that negated our chance to get the room made up. Why don’t they share that info in advance?? This could have eliminated our frustration and aggravation.The person working the breakfast could not keep up with demand. Supplies were unpredictable.
