Liked: It was all good.
Disliked: It was hard to get to by car, not on the main road. We could see it but had to circle around a couple of time to get to the entrance

Liked: The stay met my expectations.
Disliked: Check in, I arrived at 2:30, but had to wait to 3:00 to check in......The room was ready but the front desk doesn't getnotified by housekeeping until 3:00...... why can't housekeeping just keep the front desk updated as rooms are ready?Why do customers have to wait around for that magic hour!

Disliked: When we arrived we were told that we did not have a reservation. They tried to call you and we tried to call you but it could not be fixed.

Nice hotel, good location, but...

Liked: The room was spacious. The bathroom was huge and I liked the big walk-in shower. The TV was big... almost too big!
Disliked: The hallway carpet looked like it REALLY needed to be professionally cleaned. The chaise lounge in the room looked like I did NOT want to sit on it. The biggest problem I had was that I mistakenly booked for Fri night thru Mon morning when I needed Thurs night through Sun morning. I think it was the Guest Services Supervisor who was pretty rude on the phone, kept talking over me, and absolutely would not modify my reservation because I booked through booking.com. I work with OTAs at my job and know I can make changes to a reservation even if the "policy" states I can't. She could have done it but she wouldn't. I had to book Thursday night and leave Sunday evening, so this trip cost me an extra $150 because the person who could have made it right, wouldn't.

Disliked: that i got charged an extra fee that was not on the original price quote, very shady
