Best location if you going to Symphony Hall less than 5 minutes walk. Easy for an Uber or taxi ride. Walking distance to get lunch or dinner. The hotel also has bar for a quick cocktail!

Liked: The room was excellent and value for your money. The breakfast was great - although I didn't have any, everyone seemed to enjoy it!

Disliked: The check in was a bit long, the desk manager took a while for him to find us a room. Once he did, we went and began our unpacking at 11:40 pm. After a long day of travel, we were glad to get settled. However while unpacking, the hotel room door opened and a family tried to enter and asked what we were doing in their room, accusingly. I showed my room info n key and they showed me the same. There was obviously a mix up and at that time of nite, everyone is tired and anxious to get some rest. They left and made their way back to the check-in desk. Ultimately they had been checked in virtually and it was incorrect. They we r at the wrong Hampton Inn... good figure. Very stressful and unnecessary. The other problem was that n the garage was full. We parked our c rental car n in the next parking garage.Nice hotel, just seemed unorganized.

Disliked: I had a question about the location of the gym and its hours. This info was not offered at check-in, nor in any in-room pamphlet. No one answered when I called the front desk. The phone rang for five minutes before I hung up. I tried twice. I found the gym. It closed at 10 pm. Unsure why, as it is unattended. The room temperature in the gym was way too hot. No A/C. A floor fan was running.

Liked: We didn’t like the fact the bathrooms in the rooms didn’t have a lock on the door. Our room did have some goldfish on the floor from the previous person in the room. The breakfast in the morning the eggs were really watery. Felt like when the hvac came out I could smell weed from outside
