Best location if you going to Symphony Hall less than 5 minutes walk. Easy for an Uber or taxi ride. Walking distance to get lunch or dinner. The hotel also has bar for a quick cocktail!

Liked: The room was excellent and value for your money. The breakfast was great - although I didn't have any, everyone seemed to enjoy it!

It's alright, no bang for...

Liked: The room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff were very pleasant. Nice view from the deck. Location was nice to go to Center Stage.
Disliked: Valet parking for $50 was pretty excessive, especially when the valet could not drive my five speed and I had to retrieve my own vehicle. Lobby on the top floor was confusing. Breakfast was only ok.

Overall my stay at this...

Liked: Location is great, room was very clean, staff was nice and informative.
Disliked: We’re thankful that the fire alarms work in the hotel however, they were false alarms that continuously went off at 5 o’clock in the morning. At about 7am the staff got on the intercom and stated that it was a test and to disregard. Not sure who tests a fire alarm when everyone is sleeping.

Liked: The building was nice. Breakfast was good. Location is good with restaurants whole foods and starbucks in walking distance.
Disliked: The room smelled quite bad - like smelly feet. And the air conditioning was noisy and was too strong.
