Shafieka, North Myrtle Beach S C, visiting Symphony Hall Atlanta Mon, 1 April 2024
Best location if you going to Symphony Hall less than 5 minutes walk. Easy for an Uber or taxi ride. Walking distance to get lunch or dinner. The hotel also has bar for a quick cocktail!
Liked: The room was excellent and value for your money. The breakfast was great - although I didn't have any, everyone seemed to enjoy it!
Disliked: None.

24/7 free coffee bar
Liked: My favorite item were the 24/7 free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea station located near the reception desk. It was much appreciated, especially with us traveling overseas.
Disliked: One of the washing machines on the 19th floor was unusable, and we weren't able to find someone to help clean out the soap tray. Several of your cleaning staff did not speak English.

Clean. Excellent location! Seemed safe.
Liked: Protein choices were standard for breakfast. The view was terrific! Clean. Seemed safe.
Disliked: The tea choices were awful. There were 100 percent herbal and flavored teas. There were no plain teas, i.e. Irish or English breakfast tea (strong black tea blends), green tea, Darjeeling, Oolong, or even Lipton tea. Earl Grey is a flavored tea that not everyone likes or can drink. There were no vegan options for protein. A hotel should have a decent restaurant. I realize it is a few blocks from a restaurant-dense area, but you should offer more than flatbread and snacks for the old and weary or those who do not want to brave the weather and walk blocks to find a place to eat.A lack of plug-ins near the beds in the room. Two CPAP users would have been hard-pressed to both use the unusually SMALL bedside table and charge phones and watches at the same time.If you are not going to provide a shower cap, toothbrush/paste, or razor for the forgetful, please stock them in your lobby shop.
