The hotel was very new...

Liked: The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff, Natalie, who was working at the desk, was very polite.
Disliked: Nothing was unsatisfactory.

Great place to stay

Liked: Adam texted me to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, the lady serving breakfast was really nice and efficient. We enjoyed the options at breakfast too.

Very clean, very pleasant, good...

Liked: When we arrived, Adam was so friendly and helpful. He truly cared when there were hotel glitches (elevator) that couldn’t be fixed immediately. He helped make us feel welcome.
Disliked: We didn’t have water for about 30 minutes and was unable to shower before we had to leave.
