Asheville Biltmore Village was a fun and pretty place to explore. I cannot say enough about the hotel, it was awesome.

Liked: First of all, the hotel was pristinely clean from the lobby to the beautiful room! Secondly, all the little details, like fruit infused water in lobby, the well thought out and organized coffee area and breakfast area. The people were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing - nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in, and I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in many of them.

Don't Forget to Fluff Your...

Liked: Location for us was key. We specifically were there for the Biltmore. Clean, comfortable rooms. Tip, bed pillows look mini sized, we called down to the front desk and this is a frequent question. You must undo them and fluff a lot. After that, they were quite comfortable.

Lovely stay in a clean...

Liked: The spacious and clean queen suite, the location, and the friendly staff. We also loved the contactless checkin through the app and the option to bring our dog.
Disliked: The room could use more hooks to hang coats and jackets, handbags and backpacks in the entry space. The only place to put things like this is the closet or on top of seating/table surfaces.
