Room not properly maintained

Liked: Quite, comfortable bed, free breakfast
Disliked: No hot water. Checked in very late and went to eat and went straight to bed. In the morning, I was going to a doctor’s appointment and needed to shower. No hot water in room. Also TV was dysfunctional and all the objects appeared purple. We spent a fair amount of time messing with the settings and could not fix. Door to room was difficult to open from inside. Overall poor stay.

The room was very nice...

Liked: The room decor was so nice and a new style from other HI that we’ve stayed at. Loved it!
Disliked: The breakfast was on the empty side. The oatmeal was too thick and no milk. Probably our timing on the milk. It needed more choices in sweet rolls etc. and fruit.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: No hot water and can’t get a response from customer service on any sort of compensation. Couldn’t shower during my entire stay.
