Didn’t get a chance to...

Disliked: When we arrived to the front desk after a long day at Disney California Adventure, we were notified the hotel had cancelled our reservation we made with 2 months of anticipation, apparently because they “overbooked”. They told us they tried to communicate with us, but there was no missing call nor an email. Good thing is they sent us to another hotel fully payed. What truly disappointed us is that we made this reservation with a lot of anticipation and really wanted to stay there because it looks all new.

Hampton Inn did not disappoint.

Liked: I like the daily texts from the staff making sure everything is fine. Breakfast was great. It exceeded our expectations. We thought it will just be continental but turned out it was a good spread of hot and cold items.
