Too short!

Liked: The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was kind and helpful as well.
Disliked: Excellent!! Very clean and welcoming! Will return when on vacation.

Liked: The breakfast wasn't bad at all. The staff we amazing, we had some little kids knocking on out door till about 11pm they went up and got onto them. The beds and pillows were so comfy.

Will NOT be staying here...

Liked: The 1st room we were in was great but after going to dinner and for some drinks we came back to some issues.
Disliked: The toilet would not flush. The receptionist asked what time we checked in and if our toilet was working fine then and I told her yes. She then asked me if I put anything down the toilet and I told her no (I got a little upset). She then brought me a plunger to see if I could solve the problem. After plunging for 15 minutes the water still was NOT going down. I called back down to the receptionist and she said I can either wait for housekeeping in the morning or be switched to another room. I asked to be switched. Once we were switched, we were but in a room were the air didn't work :-(. At that point I didn't NOT call to complain, I was tired. I understand the hotel is undergoing upgrading but do they really have to start banging hammers and other equipment at 8:00am on a Sunday morning?!
