The staff were amazing. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
Liked: The room was beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful.
Disliked: There were no low points at all.

Stopover on road trip
Liked: Check-in and out was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the breakfast staff who insured everything was well stocked and she was continuously checking and cleaning.

Good for a one night...
Liked: The lobby area is great and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The entire hallway and room smelled of moisture. The beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows were nonexistent. The pool had a bunch of dirt in it. Also when i went to hang the bath towels, the towel hanger fell off the door and cut my hand pretty bad.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were good sized and there was not a lot of noise.
Disliked: There was a terrible smell on the whole floor where our room was located. The elevators are extremely slow and one was not working at the time of our visit. The hotel was not very clean and looked very worn and used. The carpets and walls were dirty. There was food trash sitting outside of people's door, and stay in the hallway for over 24 hrs. It needs a serious facelift for the price they are charging.

Liked: The bed size do not meet the standard queen size bed which I paid for The beds were full at best
Disliked: I think that a refund or compensation night day would be great. The beds aren’t as labeled in the reservation description
