Liked: The staff were amazing - so kind and professional when we locked ourselves out of our room and when a loud party was making a lot of noise above us at 1am.

Liked: They charged me for a room I didn’t get.
Disliked: I arrived very tired at 10pm to be told their system was down and they were not able to rent me the room I booked several weeks prior. All the hotels were fully booked and there were no rooms available. I now have to chase them to get my refund. I left my phone number, no call. I called and left a message , no call back. It has been several days. The charge has been on my credit card since the day I would’ve checked out

Enjoyable

Liked: Bed comfortable. Room very clean.
Disliked: Couldn’t figure out how to keep the bathroom light from shutting off automatically. There didn’t seem to be any instructions on how to use the equipment in the room. I also didn’t like that on Monday AM there were no eggs provided for breakfast. A sign said “out of wggs”. Excuse me, but there’s more than one grocery store near the hotel.

Liked: It was quiet and a nice big property with a view and away from traffic noise
Disliked: Not enough staff considering their computers had been down all week and they were having to do everything by hand. Entry key didn’t work on second night and I had to wait half an hour just to get the key switched. It still didn’t work so I had to get back in line again! Not enough towels in the room and they were unable to provide me with more. Had to take find and get towels from the pool area. No conditioner in the shower. The water was just barely warm enough on full hot setting I paid way too much for all this to happen!
