Unfriendly staff, late breakfast.

Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. However, only at 6:40am an unfriendly staff turned on the lights without apology or explanation for the delay. We chose this place for the early breakfast option since we needed to get to a soccer game on time. Also, the booking.com message function only gets an autoresponder from a former employer. The staff at reception could not have cared less about all of this - her answer to the late breakfast was that this wasn’t her responsibility, she only worked the reception.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: We drove over an hour to stay close to the airport because we had a flight out the following morning, We traveled with my 86 year old mother and to avoid any added stress on the day of our flight we opted to stay at your location. unfortunately when we arrived there was no power at your location and we had to wait several hours before we could even check in. I understand you could not control that issue but I would have thought being located in up state NY you would have a back up generator.

Disliked: The sound problem in the rooms. Not enough of it I could here the neighbors peeing. Could here the refrigerated truck out side of my room. Otherwise it was good.

Liked: This was a very nice motel. It was clean the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Not sure I'd have any suggestions for improvements. It was a little more expensive than other comparable motels, but maybe more expensive because they were a step up from those others.
