Liked: Location was great .
Disliked: Room was not really clean , seemed rushed whoever cleaned it . There were stains on the wall , hair from previous guest in shower and on counters throughout room . Floor was not swept in certain areas. Not enough towels/rags for guest that was booked . Staff up front was okay not very friendly but not horrible. When it was time to check out before 11am my card stopped working before it was time to check out . Card was deactivated before even checking out , seemed rushed to stop my card before even check out time.Overall housekeeping sanitation overall , breakfast , and better customer service would be my only complaint! But definitely need to do better . May try it out one more time but after if it’s same I will not be returning . Too much money to not to have overall great service, I’m not saying much but at-least a little bit .

Liked: Large, clean room.The best shower setup I’ve ever had in a hotel.Enjoyed the powered window shade.
Disliked: Unfortunate experience with thoughtless, sel-absorbed guests above us. Two hours of stomping noise at 2AM - had to call the desk. Not the hotel’s fault

Liked: So close to family we came to visit and lots of eating and a Publix right across the street.
