Liked: The Cafe lady was very nice. I asked her for a straw and she stopped what she was going to assist me. Very friendly! Most may say that's her job but in today's world, people in customer service and hospitality are just rude for no reason. So I appreciate the little things
Disliked: Pricing. Just because the state meet is there that does not mean you almost double the rates lol

Liked: Eric was absolutely amazing! He changed the whole mood of the day to end positively not just for myself. Very kind and helpful. If in the area I will choose this Hotel again simply to see Eric again.The lady serving breakfast (didn't get her name) was very helpful as well and so sweet.What a pleasant change this was to have such nice people when arriving after midnight.
Disliked: The blow dryer didn't work right.Other then that everything was great! I loved my room.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Facilities were somewhat clean.
Disliked: Noisy! I could hear everything outside our room. The people above us were extremely loud and we could hear every conversation going on outside our room. The coffee was not good either.

Liked: Very accommodating even gave me discount, especially since I was booked at the Fairfield and they canceled my reservation at last minute only to get more money. Excellent breakfast! Hilton all the way!

Disliked: Lack of flexibility to book additional stay nights, have to go through a lot of red tape just to extend a couple nights stay at your hotel!
