I give you 5 stars. Sherman did an excellent job and everyone else did too. Loved the soft and cozy bed and pillows. Breakfast was delish! I will be back again. Keep up the good work!

Liked: Jasmine at front desk was very personable and helpful; location was only a couple blocks from the concert. I would return for another event and gladly stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. I liked that it was so close to Main Street because I was in town to attend a Phil Vassar concert at the Sherman Theater.

Disliked: They gave a room which was not clean, I booked a 2 queen bedroom because there were 3 guests and I was given a king bedroom with one bed and no kind of refund or compensation.

Disliked: No problems. When we first checked in the desk agent was very cold but other than that no problems.

Liked: Nice room, facilities and location. Felt comfortable and relaxed here.
Disliked: $50 deposit on arriving at the hotel without explanation until I asked is very unusual for a hotel booking. It was refunded after a few days. I feel that it shouldn’t have been taken off the card to avoid confusion.

Liked: Easily accessible from Interstate 80. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room furnishings were OK and room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. Omelettes were in steam pan and dry. Patty sausage one morning was grayish in color and appeared undercooked so I passed. They had 24 hour coffee and hot water but other than at breakfast, the liquids were not hot. On our last day, at 7:45 am, the dark roast coffee container was empty.

Disliked: The hotel room floors were so incredibly dirty- our socks went from white to black from briefly walking in the room.
